How Many Hypnosis Sessions to Quit Smoking

Hypnosis sessions to quit smoking.  (How many?)

The answer depends on who you talk to.

The hypnotist that I trained under, Ken Guzzo, guarantees that smokers can quit in one session.

Anthony Jacquin, a hypnotist from the UK, works with 200 people at a time in large auditoriums and they would quit with one group session.

Some hypnotists require the same number of sessions as other issues, usually around 6 sessions.

Do you really want to quit smoking?

Are you willing to change your beliefs related to your smoking habit?  Do you have the desire to stop smoking?

Many smokers fear the future and what their life will be like if they were to stop smoking.  Can they overcome that fear?

As you know, there are some many reasons to quit smoking.

Continue reading the section below that describes the reasons to stop smoking and why you need to quit.  There are several articles that may help.
