Hypnosis sessions are very effective on Zoom. All you need is a computer with a web cam and microphone. It works best with headphones or earbuds, if you have them. We have the same success on Zoom as with office sessions. Once you close your eyes, it's like being in my office.

I was in a Dark Place Mentally
I'm very pleased with the experience I had with Tom. I was in a very dark place mentally. I had almost given up completely in every aspect of my life. That feeling of being underwater but still here grew a little more unbearable every day. After my sessions with Tom, my life is not all sunshine and rainbows all of a sudden. But I'm no longer angry every morning for waking up, it doesn't hurt to breathe. He didn't pull me out of the hole, but he gave me a shovel.
