Four Steps for Hypnosis to Quit Smoking
Step 1: Conviction
YOU must have conviction, that is YOU must really want to quit. This means that you cannot quit smoking because your spouse wants you to quit or your children, or your parents. It must be YOU that wants to quit smoking.
Step 2: Pre-Session Videos on Hypnosis to Quit Smoking
You will be sent links to two videos to view. Video 1 explains the Mind Model and describes what you will feel during your first session. Video 2 is the Smoking Protocol's Pre-Talk which discusses your habit and how the power of a hypnotic trance can change your mindset and behavior.
Step 3: Neurological Process to Eliminate Cravings
We work with your neurological system to remove the cravings associated with cigarettes. We utilize the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to reduce the cravings for tobacco. Similar to acupuncture, EFT works with certain meridian points connected to your nervous system and will reduce and eliminate the cravings.
Step 4: Sessions
The first hypnosis session will eliminate stress and anxiety in your life that may be a cause of your reliance on cigarettes. You will learn how hypnotherapy works and experience a full hypnotic session.
The night before your second session, you will throw away all your cigarettes. You are done smoking! The next day, you will come to the session without having smoked a cigarette. We will work on any cravings you may have using the tapping routine from Step 3. During the session, suggestions will be made to your subconscious mind to create new behaviors and eliminate the smoking habit. You will be a NONSMOKER.
In the third session, hypnosis will be used to reinforce the learnings of the first two sessions. You will be given an audio recording to listen to for the next few weeks to keep you on track. You are done with cigarettes!
