Hypnosis to Reframe

Although I was exposed to hypnosis early in life, I was hesitant to try hypnosis as an adult. After hearing about some recent exciting research on hypnosis (on the Andrew Huberman podcast), I researched local hypnotists and found Tom. Now Doing Sessions on Zoom

Hypnosis sessions are very effective on Zoom.  All you need is a computer with a web cam and microphone.  It works best with headphones or earbuds, if you have them.  We have the same success on Zoom as with office sessions. Once you close your eyes, it's like being in my office.
