Using hypnosis for pain relief is one of the areas in which hypnosis truly shines. Pain actually serves an important purpose. Pain is a signal to you that something, somewhere is wrong. However, the pain signal is often unnecessary depending on the injury, disease or structural damage.
Sometimes pain is related to an experience earlier in life. The subconscious mind thinks it's keeping you safe by sending a pain signal. In reality, the pain may be unnecessary and some rewiring of the mind can eliminate that pain signal.
Chronic pain can be difficult to live with and can be relieved using hypnosis in many cases.
What People are Saying ...
Each session has been very helpful in dealing with chronic pain
Meeting Tom on a short Zoom introductory call showed me that he is a caring, knowledgeable person. I've had several appointments in his office (fully masked, of course) and each session has been very helpful in dealing with chronic pain. Tom has shown me how my pain can actually be lowered and stopped in its tracks. I have learned techniques from him that are changing my life daily, sometimes hourly. The pain comes back sometimes but I am able to lower it with Tom's methods. I do recommend Tom as a person who can certainly assist in reducing pain and anxiety. He is a great hypnotherapist.

Tom is a great guy! I have been migraine free since 12/20/21. I was a chronic migraine sufferer for 20 years. This is the longest I’ve gone without one! One hypnosis session worked!!!!! He also helped other neck pain and some emotional trauma!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
Now Doing Hypnosis on Zoom
Due to the Covid-19 virus, we can now do hypnosis sessions on Zoom. All you need is a computer with a web cam and microphone. It works best with headphones or ear buds, if you have them. We have the same success on Zoom as with office sessions. On the scheduling intake form that you will complete when booking a session, indicate that Zoom is your preference.
