My Weight Loss Has Been Steady
This was my first experience with hypnosis and needless to say I was very skeptical about it. Tom explained everything and made me feel comfortable. My main issue, other than being over weight, was being a continuous snacker and having a sweet tooth. With Tom's help I now intermittent fast and have cut about 90% of the bad carbs out of my meals. Also, I have limited my snacking to just once after dinner and my snack choices are healthy now as well, choosing a piece of fruit versus a bag of chips or something sugary. My weight loss has been steady, dropping a couple of pounds a week, slow and steady wins the race I keep telling myself. Best part is I feel better, have more energy, sleep better, and clothes are not so uncomfortable anymore. I can't thank Tom enough for getting my mind on the proper track.
