I Had an Excellent Hypnotherapy Experience
I had an excellent hypnotherapy experience with Tom. The first session went so well that I continued to see him for additional sessions. He helped me tremendously in overcoming issues, and I felt better after each session. I really appreciate the way that Tom asked questions and carefully listened to my concerns. The Entire Experience Was Very Interesting!
The entire experience was very interesting. After the first session I was so relaxed, I don’t think anything bothered me for the rest of the day.
Between sessions I started to notice less anxiety (actually , no anxiety) which has continued since my last session. My main reason for going was for anxiety driving the car on highways.
I haven’t had occasion to try out any of the turnpikes (PA or NJ) but I feel that I could do it now. Driving locally has changed, I drive relaxed, radio playing, not gripping the wheel. It’s like the old days, enjoying life more. I’ve made a lot of life changing decisions during the sessions and since. Coincidence? I think not.

Flying Used to be a Nightmare
I can't thank Tom Laessig enough for the support and guidance I received in overcoming my flight anxiety. Before Tom, flying used to be a nightmare for me. I would be in full panic mode before even getting to the airport : racing heart, sweaty palms, and white-knuckling the armrests the entire flight. I’ve even had full-blown panic attacks midair. I would do everything I could to avoid flying, so much so I hadn't flown in YEARS. The fear would just consume me for weeks beforehand. After just a few sessions with Tom I got on a flight 6hr. flight , and, for the first time in years, I felt calm. I actually sat back in my seat, relaxed, and didn’t feel that crushing sense of fear. I didn’t need to distract myself constantly or grip the seat for dear life. We also worked on my elevator anxiety, which has affected me for as long as I can remember. I used to avoid elevators completely, taking the stairs whenever possible . Now, I can step into an elevator without hyperventilating! . It's something I never thought I’d be able to do comfortably. Tom was so patient and really took the time to understand what I was experiencing. I always felt safe and heard iin our sessions. If you’re struggling with anxiety, I cannot recommend him enough. This experience has truly changed my life.

Sessions on Zoom
Hypnosis sessions are very effective on Zoom. All you need is a computer with a web cam and microphone. It works best with headphones or earbuds, if you have them. We have the same success on Zoom as with office sessions. Once you close your eyes, it's like being in my office.
