My hypnosis session has helped me overcome my fear of driving on the highway. After my session I was able to take on the highway with confidence. We also touched on my reoccurring pain and now my pain has lessened. To overcome Driving Anxiety I would explain it as a deep meditation. It felt as though I was light and floating. I Didn't Have Complete Control of My Drinking of Alcohol
I came to Tom feeling as I didn't have a complete control of my drinking of alcohol. I explained my situation to Tom, that I was a social drinker, but I was beginning to have a drink each night after work. I saw as a bad habit beginning to form. I had one session, and even my wife noticed a change in my demeanor immediately. I was more relaxed (without drinking) and more present. I am going to do some follow up visits for my short game and a couple other issues! I highly recommend Tom.
Sessions on Zoom
Hypnosis sessions are very effective on Zoom. All you need is a computer with a web cam and microphone. It works best with headphones or earbuds, if you have them. We have the same success on Zoom as with office sessions. Once you close your eyes, it's like being in my office.

Tom received his first hypnotherapist certification in 2018 from the National Guild of Hypnotists and has seen hundreds of clients to help them improve their lives.
