I spent almost 30 years excessively biting my nails
First of all I want to thank Tom for making the whole experience fun and enjoyable. I spent almost 30 years excessively biting my nails to the point where there was nothing left. I have always wanted to stop but could never bring myself to do so. I finally took the leap and decided to try hypnotherapy. I will be honest, I was a little nervous and as usual I am over analytical and anxious about everything. After the first session I bit my nails and texted Tom and he said don't worry, you're fine. I Have Missed Out on So Much
I highly recommend Tom for treatment, after years of suffering I see a light at the end of the tunnel. I plan on going on a trip in. December and already spoken to Tom regarding this. I have suffered with travel anxiety and with Tom’s help I did achieve a trip about two months ago. I have missed out on so much with my wife but also with family. It is very difficult when you have to be the one to stay home by yourself when everyone else is away. Tom helped me see through this with his expertise. Sessions on Zoom
Hypnosis sessions are very effective on Zoom. All you need is a computer with a web cam and microphone. It works best with headphones or earbuds, if you have them. We have the same success on Zoom as with office sessions. Once you close your eyes, it's like being in my office.
