I had a very positive experience with Tom at Achieve Hypnotherapy. He is professional, establishes a very comfortable and safe environment, and genuinely cared about helping me change the behavior that brought me to him. This was my first experience with hypnotherapy. Based on the results so far (it's been 2 weeks), I fully expect to return and work with Tom on my golf game!

I'm very pleased with the experience I had with Tom. I was in a very dark place mentally. I had almost given up completely in every aspect of my life. That feeling of being underwater but still here grew a little more unbearable every day. After my sessions with Tom, my life is not all sunshine and rainbows all of a sudden. But I'm no longer angry every morning for waking up, it doesn't hurt to breathe. He didn't pull me out of the hole, but he gave me a shovel.
I still have lots of things to work on but they no longer feel impossible. Taking baby steps and making little changes is helping me a lot. I'm hopeful, and for that I am very grateful.

I highly recommend Tom for treatment, after years of suffering I see a light at the end of the tunnel. I plan on going on a trip in. December and already spoken to Tom regarding this. I have suffered with travel anxiety and with Tom’s help I did achieve a trip about two months ago. I have missed out on so much with my wife but also with family. It is very difficult when you have to be the one to stay home by yourself when everyone else is away. Tom helped me see through this with his expertise.
