You have been thinking about quitting for many years and may have tried using patches or gums or even willpower but nothing has worked.  The Stop Smoking Protocol with Hypnosis is the most effective way to quit smoking and is painless and easy.  You may not even remember that you ever smoked!

Step 1: Conviction

YOU must have conviction, that is YOU must really want to quit which means YOU cannot stop smoking because your spouse wants you to quit or your children want you to quit or your parents want you to quit.  It must be YOU that wants to quit the smoking habit.


Step 2: Pre-Session Videos

You will be sent links to two videos to view before your session.  Video 1 is the Stop Smoking Protocol's Pre-Talk which discusses your smoking habit.  Video 2 explains the Mind Model of Hypnosis and describes what you will feel during your hypnosis session.


Step 3: Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

The process begins with the nervous system to remove the cravings associated with the habit of smoking.  You will come to the session without having smoked a cigarette yet that day.  Your anxiety level will be high.  During that part of the session, we will reduce the craving for a cigarette using the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).  Similar to acupuncture, EFT works with certain meridian points connected to your nervous system.  EFT will reduce the anxiety and eliminate the cravings for a cigarette.


Step 4: Hypnosis Session

The next step involves a hypnosis session where your subconscious mind will be introduced to new behaviors and eliminate the smoking habit.  Smoking is a subconscious behavior that started when you began smoking, usually as a teenager.   The habit, just like tying your shoes, occurs automatically and hypnosis permits direct suggestions to the subconscious mind.  In this way, new positive behaviors are installed.  You will become a nonsmoker.


Step 5: Online (Zoom) Follow Up

One week following your hypnosis session, you will receive an email with instructions for a Zoom call to follow up on the first hypnosis session to answer any questions that may arise and to reinforce non-smoking behaviors.

The Process usually requires just one session but a second session is included to reinforce the learnings from the first session.
