I Tried Every Kind of Diet Program Out There

I must admit that I was a doubting soul going into this hypnosis to essentially focus myself once and for all to lose weight. I tried every kind of diet program out there, and regardless of the hype made by each one, they just didn't work for me. I often wondered about hypnosis and reached out to Tom for some help. I am real believer now in hypnosis as it truly has impacted my life with just two sessions and a little bit of focus on my part. I have lost in 5-weeks' time 35+ pounds with intermittent fasting, eating a keto diet with minimal carbohydrates, and walking every single day. I don't snack in-between meals especially after dinner, and really don't have a yearning any longer for chips, ice cream, breads, cakes, etc. ever since the hypnosis. And keep in mind, that I requested that Tom during his hypnotic sessions with me to get my sub-conscious mind thinking "no more carb-ladened snacks and such, but rather healthy foods. Now I feel better, have more energy, and just feel like a new person, and the weight loss is not over by any means for me. So thank you very much to my new friend Tom, the hypnosis guru. He is a such a nice individual, easy to talk with, and he really cares about helping people through any issues.

My Hypnosis Was Great!

My hypnosis was great! I went in for my anxiety with public speaking and confidence and Tom was wonderful! My anxiety lessened and I felt so much more confident.

It's been about 3 weeks and I am a non-smoker

Primarily to quit smoking, the 3rd session did the trick. It probably would have worked on the 2nd but I had tailbone pain which kept me from really relaxing. It's been about 3 weeks and I am a non-smoker. I only had one "rough" day in that time, but the exercises Tom taught me helped a lot. Thanks Tom!
