Day 22 without a drink

Thanks for checking in. I am doing very well. Day 22 without a drink. Of all the attempts I have made to stop drinking in my life, this is absolutely the easiest time I have had trying to eliminate alcohol from my life. I am at the point I never ever want to go back to that. I hadn’t done hypnosis before to try and stop drinking and I feel it has played a significant role in helping me not pick it back up.

Sessions on Zoom

Hypnosis sessions are very effective on Zoom.  All you need is a computer with a web cam and microphone.  It works best with headphones or earbuds, if you have them.  We have the same success on Zoom as with office sessions. Once you close your eyes, it's like being in my office.
