Absolutely great experience. Before I started with Tom, I smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day. I tried every other way to quit on my own over the past 10 years, before I finally put my trust into Tom and his program to quit. Boy am I glad I did. It surprised me when I walked out of his office and stopped thinking about smoking. I met with Tom to help me with weight loss. He spoke with me about weight loss approaches and my goals and then started a hypnosis session and provided recordings for me to listen to at home. I felt fully aware of everything I heard during the session, and it helped to quiet the impulse to overeat and eat unhealthy foods. I have cut back dramatically on snacking and desserts and have been losing weight. Importantly, it didn't feel hard most of the time. I found myself less interested in snacking and unhealthy foods.
